1. Overview of Services

Paradise Estimating is a professional construction cost estimating company based in Brooklyn, New York, serving contractors, builders, subcontractors, developers, and property owners across the United States. Our services include material takeoffs, quantity surveys, labor cost estimation, bid preparation, value engineering recommendations, project budget planning, and trade-specific estimating for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

All estimates produced by Paradise Estimating are developed using industry-standard methodologies, current market pricing data, and detailed analysis of the project plans, drawings, and specifications provided by the client. These estimates are intended to serve as professional planning and bidding tools, but they are not binding price guarantees.

2. Project Turnaround Time

Paradise Estimating is committed to delivering accurate construction estimates within a timely and reliable turnaround window. For most standard projects, estimates are completed and delivered within 9 to 24 hours of receiving complete project documentation and confirming payment.

Turnaround time may vary based on the following factors:

• Overall size and complexity of the construction project
• Number of trades included in the estimate scope
• Completeness and clarity of submitted plans and drawings
• Volume of active projects in our queue at the time of submission

In cases where additional time is required, our team will communicate the revised delivery timeline promptly. Paradise Estimating is not liable for delays in bid submission, missed bidding deadlines, or project planning disruptions resulting from delayed delivery, particularly when such delays arise from incomplete client-supplied documentation.

3. Accuracy & Estimate Disclaimer

Paradise Estimating takes every reasonable precaution to ensure our construction estimates are as accurate as possible. Our estimators reference current material and labor pricing databases, regional cost data, and project-specific information to produce reliable cost projections.

However, clients must understand and acknowledge the following:

• All estimates are based solely on the documentation, drawings, and specifications provided by the client at the time of the request.
• Construction costs are subject to fluctuations due to material price changes, supply chain variables, regional labor market conditions, vendor pricing differences, and other external economic factors.
• Estimates produced by Paradise Estimating are professional planning references and are not intended to constitute final contract pricing.
• Paradise Estimating does not offer financial guarantees, warranties, or insurance on the accuracy of any estimate delivered.
• Clients are advised to verify all figures with their selected contractors, suppliers, and trade professionals before finalizing budgets or submitting bids.

4. Client Responsibilities

To receive the most accurate and useful estimate, clients are responsible for the following:

• Submitting complete, legible, and current project plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Providing accurate project scope information, including intended materials, finishes, and construction methods where known.
• Communicating any changes to the project scope, design updates, or specification revisions promptly before estimation work begins.
• Reviewing delivered estimates carefully and notifying Paradise Estimating of any discrepancies, omissions, or concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

Paradise Estimating cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in estimates that result from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information submitted by the client. If project scope changes after an estimate has been delivered, revised estimates may require additional fees.

5. Payment Terms

All estimating services provided by Paradise Estimating require payment confirmation before work commences. Once a client receives and approves their custom project quote, payment must be completed in order to initiate the estimating process.

We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure digital payment methods. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information. Paradise Estimating does not store, retain, or have access to your full payment card details.

All quoted prices are in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is determined by project scope, trade complexity, number of divisions, and turnaround requirements. Custom pricing may apply for large-scale, multi-trade, or expedited projects.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Paradise Estimating respects the confidentiality of client project information. By default, all project documentation, plans, drawings, specifications, and client details submitted to us are treated as proprietary and are used solely for the purpose of producing the requested estimate.

Clients who require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing sensitive project information are encouraged to request one before submitting any documentation. Paradise Estimating is willing to enter into mutually agreed-upon NDAs on a project-by-project basis.

In the absence of a signed NDA, Paradise Estimating reserves the right to reference completed projects including general project type, scope, and estimate outcomes for marketing and portfolio purposes, without disclosing any confidential client business information.

8. Intellectual Property

All estimates, takeoff reports, cost breakdowns, and other deliverables produced by Paradise Estimating are the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered estimate for their own construction planning and bidding purposes.

Estimates and reports produced by Paradise Estimating may not be resold, redistributed, or presented as original work by any third party. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution of our proprietary estimating methodologies, reports, or templates is strictly prohibited.

9. Website Use & Content

Our total liability in connection with any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific estimate in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
